Farm Fun morning for children on Saturday 13th June 2026 9.30-11.30
This group is for children 3-8 years who enjoy being outside and like the company of animals. We start at 9.30am and finish at 11.30pm. We explore the farm and carry out farming chores together, we also spend some time with the horses and on horseback, and there will be indoor as well as outdoor games. Our approach is child-centred, and we support each child individually and at their own pace. We focus on offering meaningful tasks to children where they can build a relationship with the animals and the land, learn about farming and get a sense of responsibility and achievement. Parents can stay for a short while to help their child settle but the group is children only. Click link on right to submit an application.

A relaxed session on the Care Farm where the family can explore and meet all animals, there is an option for a short ride on the horse/pony included. Children will share a pony/take turns riding, and the pony is led by a coach in walk only. Please note that our weight limit for riders is 85kg maximum.
