1 Day Workshop on teaming up with your horse in harness
1-day Workshop - Working with horses in harness This day will give you the opportunity to explore teaming up with your horse in a satisfying and rewarding way by harnessing your horse's power to use around the fields and forest - harrowing, pulling a cart or sled, hauling timber. There will be lots of hands-on practise with our trained and experienced horses in harnessing, long-reining, hitching up and working the horse in the field, and information on what equipment to use and how to train your horse for this work. We will be using our own horses for this workshop, but will give advise on how to transfer the skills you'll be learning to working with your horse sat home.
