This group is for children who enjoy being outside and like the company of animals. We explore the farm and carry out farming chores together, we also spend some time with the horses and on horseback. Therapeutic Session of 60 minutes duration for one person. This session is for children/adults who may have additional challenges/needs or disabilities. The approach is person-centred to meet the rider's needs at their own pace - this may include balance, core muscle strength, co-ordination, motor skills, communication skills, focus and attention span, following verbal/non verbal instructions, following a schedule, turn-taking, emotional regulation and stress reduction.
