2022/2023 Hunting Season Requirements
To get going, the following is MANDATORY before the opening Meet 22nd october 2022 before any person can sit on a horse and ride out. 1 Deed of waiver is signed in the presence of your legal representative . The guardian of a minor can sign on their behalf, a copy of which MUST then be emailed to Gillian Hughes. 2) Your membership is paid in full at our itsplainsailing https://www.itsplainsailing.com/org/brayhunt/, 3) Application form completed. 4) Your own personal public liability is in place for 2.6 million ( this is to cover equine sport / hunting with no exclusion clause for hunting. Further information of providers can be found on our website at https://www.brayhunt.com/public-liability-insurance. A copy of this policy MUST be sent via email to Gillian Hughes We totally appreciate unfortunately this is a lot of administration but is unavoidable . Keep a copy of your liability insurance and waiver as you can hunt as a visitor with other hunts in Ireland including Northern Ireland on the production of the two documents .
