Covid Attendance Form - Regional Dressage Qualifier 18th July

You must complete this Covid 19 attendance form before attending an event Please complete it no more than 3 days before the event, i.e. ON or AFTER 15th July. If you answer Yes to any of the questions in Section 3 you cannot attend the event. You may bring on Assistant / Groom with you. They must also complete the form. Your responses will be saved automatically.

Regional Dressage Qualifier 18th July

Individuals enter using IPS. Team entry is made through your Club Secretary using the AIRC portal. Team entries close midday Sunday 11th July. The Team entry fee of €80 is payable to the region by cheque or bank transfer to the region's A/C IBAN IE39 AIBK 9336 1900 1770 35 Please email Hilary mchughh@gmail.com when you are making payment.

The Regional training events are supported by the AIRC's Regional Training Bursary. One of the conditions of the Bursary is that participants should complete the AIRC feedback form. Ideally this should be completed on the day of the event or as soon as possible thereafter. Thank you for your co-operation
